1. Refunds for Platform Purchases
This section applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases made through our web checkout (including the Platform and any related quiz or paywall pages). These purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We may grant a refund only if:
- a verified technical issue on our side materially prevented you from accessing the Services; or
- you are otherwise entitled to a refund or withdrawal under applicable law.
To request a refund, you must contact us within a reasonable time (and in any event, no later than 30 days after the purchase or the technical issue occurred, unless a longer period is required by law). Please provide information that helps us review and verify the issue (for example, the email used at checkout, transaction details, screenshots, and relevant error messages). We may ask you to try reasonable troubleshooting steps.
Refunds for conforming Services are not available solely because:- you change your mind or are unhappy with the Services,
- you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal,
- you used part of a subscription period, or
- you purchased non-subscription services or digital content, once access has been provided.
Refunds are not provided for:- trial periods or trial-related charges (if any),
- promotional or discounted purchases,
- subscription renewal charges, and
- partially used subscription periods.
We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period. We may deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or repeated refund attempts.
To request a refund for a Platform purchase, contact us at
payments@logicfusion.net. Please include the email used at checkout and the transaction ID/receipt. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
Important Note: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We may suspend access to paid features while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending.
