Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for web purchases we process and clarifies that refunds for Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by those platforms. This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Use and should be read together with them. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use, this Refund Policy applies only to refunds.
By making a purchase or starting a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy. 
1. Refunds for Platform Purchases
This section applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases made through our web checkout (including the Platform and any related quiz or paywall pages). These purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We may grant a refund only if:
  • a verified technical issue on our side materially prevented you from accessing the Services; or
  • you are otherwise entitled to a refund or withdrawal under applicable law.
To request a refund, you must contact us within a reasonable time (and in any event, no later than 30 days after the purchase or the technical issue occurred, unless a longer period is required by law). Please provide information that helps us review and verify the issue (for example, the email used at checkout, transaction details, screenshots, and relevant error messages). We may ask you to try reasonable troubleshooting steps.
Refunds for conforming Services are not available solely because:
  • you change your mind or are unhappy with the Services,
  • you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal,
  • you used part of a subscription period, or
  • you purchased non-subscription services or digital content, once access has been provided.
Refunds are not provided for:
  • trial periods or trial-related charges (if any),
  • promotional or discounted purchases,
  • subscription renewal charges, and
  • partially used subscription periods.
We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period. We may deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or repeated refund attempts.
To request a refund for a Platform purchase, contact us at payments@logicfusion.net. Please include the email used at checkout and the transaction ID/receipt. We aim to respond within 5 business days. 
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
Important Note: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We may suspend access to paid features while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending.
2. iOS App purchases
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple’s refund policies. We do not guarantee that a refund will be granted. 
To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase:
1) Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2) Log in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
3) Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".
4) Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
5) Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit.
3. Android App purchases
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play’s refund policies. Refunds, if granted, are issued by Google Play, and we do not control Google Play’s decisions.
To request a refund for a Google Play purchase:
1) Open the Google Play Store app on your device or go to play.google.com/store/account in a browser.
2) Make sure you are signed in with the Google account used to make the purchase.
3) Select Payments & subscriptions.
4) Choose either Subscriptions (for recurring purchases) or Purchase history (for one-time purchases).
5) Find the item you want a refund for and select Report a problem or Request a refund.
6) Choose the reason for your request and follow the on-screen instructions.
You may also be able to request a refund through the “Order history” section of your Google Play account at pay.google.com by locating the purchase and selecting Request a refund or Report a problem.
Refunds, if granted, are issued by Google Play. We do not control or guarantee Google Play’s decisions.
4. Notice for EU customers
If you live in the European Union, EU consumer protection laws apply to your purchase of digital services.
You normally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, where the Services are provided digitally and access begins immediately, you lose your right of withdrawal if you (i) expressly requested immediate access to the Services and (ii) acknowledged at checkout that you would lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
If the Services do not work as promised due to a technical issue on our side, you have the right to ask us to fix the problem within a reasonable time. If we cannot fix the issue, or if the problem continues, you may be entitled to:
  • a proportionate price reduction (refund), or
  • termination of your subscription, 
as required by EU law.
Refunds for conforming Services are not available solely because:
  • the issue is caused by your device, software, or internet connection,
  • you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the Services, or
  • you forget to cancel your subscription before renewal.
Nothing in this section limits or affects your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
