Logic Fusion is a fast-growing product company building and scaling subscription-based mobile apps in the health, education, and lifestyle niches. We’re looking for an experienced Senior / Lead User Acquisition Manager to drive our paid growth and take our marketing to the next level. This role has strong growth potential — in the future, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your UA team.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute UA strategies for subscription-based mobile apps.
Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and explore new channels.
Handle large budgets and deliver on ROI/ROAS KPIs.
Analyze campaign performance, user LTV, and monetization funnels.
Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
Continuously research, test, and unlock new traffic sources and ad networks.
In the future: build and lead a UA team to support company growth.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven experience in UA for mobile apps, with a strong focus on subscription
Deep expertise with major UA channels (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA).
Proficiency with analytics tools (Appsflyer/Adjust, Firebase, Amplitude, etc.).
Strong grasp of unit economics and experience working with LTV, CAC, ROI/ROAS.
An analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights quickly.
English: Intermediate+ (for partner communication and documentation).
Nice to Have
Experience with DSPs, programmatic buying, or alternative ad networks.
Knowledge of different market specifics (Tier-1, LATAM, APAC).
Familiarity with ASO or CRM marketing.
